Signs clearly say they are open, yet the not friendly girl inside says she's not ready, so not open and refused to make me one simple coffee order!

Conveniently located inside Target in Moreno Beach, on Eucalyptus and Fir Avenues near Chili's with plenty of parking. This is just a starbucks store & counter with no seating area. I went to Target this morning but needed my caffeine kick first. I ordered their regular 'Blond Roast brew' with a 'Turkey, Bacon, Cheddar & egg white sandwich'.
