I spilled my drinks in the drive through line, Kim right away asked me to pull around and brought me two towels. One damp to clean my car and replaced both my spilled drinks. I was having a bad day and the act really helped.
UPDATE :!!!!!!!!!!!!! Probably a 100° outside after my wife just went through the drive through The manager or shift leader told me I could not have a cup of water.I need to make a purchase. I told her it was kind of an emergency. I needed to take my medication, and I just needed a cup of water. And she said, no, i'm sorry, it's store policy. Not fair. It's not professional.
