the workers here are great, but i came here multiple times, and everytime the wifi here is down
I didn't get the warm and fuzzy feeling in this store. I travel the US and was working in the mall today. I carry and still use one of the original Starbucks gold cards since 2008. All I wanted was a glass of ice-water. I was told no by the store employee. Was told I had to purchase something. I offered to pay for the cup. I explained to the young lady that I was a very good customer of Starbucks and had a gold card. She didnt care. She said I could purchase some bottled water.
