They take forever and seems on purpose if you don’t tip
Extremely slow service
We go to Starbucks a lot! Were there at the mall, my daughter was thirsty, we passed by Starbucks and I said let's go in and ask for a courtesy cup of water, the girl behind the counter refused to give it! She said we had to buy something! That it was their policy! Wow!!! It's water! For a thirsty human being! Unbelievable! Will never go back to Starbucks anywhere!
It’s okay, not the best location for drinks. My usual coffee order does not come out good at this location.
