Extremely slow service
We go to Starbucks a lot! Were there at the mall, my daughter was thirsty, we passed by Starbucks and I said let's go in and ask for a courtesy cup of water, the girl behind the counter refused to give it! She said we had to buy something! That it was their policy! Wow!!! It's water! For a thirsty human being! Unbelievable! Will never go back to Starbucks anywhere!
It’s okay, not the best location for drinks. My usual coffee order does not come out good at this location.
Thomas is the man… the only complaint I’ve ever had was my Pike Coffee being cold or cool because of the cream that’s added. Well for the first time ever , this young man, asked me and warmed the cream so my coffee stayed hot the way it should be! He deserves a medal for this! Couldn’t have asked for anything better! Thank you Thomas! You deserve a high five for this!
