Let me begin with Stephanie. She is a shift supervisor. She is amazing and goes beyond the extra mile to make sure that every customer is taking care of with kindness, a smile, and they feels welcomed. She is definitely a huge asset to Starbucks. what’s the point of ordering online if it’s not going to be ready by the time i get here and they didn’t even know they had a online order until i got there and told them my name. and i didn’t realize how much ice was in my VENTI drink….. literally finished my drink in 3 sips.
Amazing service. The barista Steph helped me when my app was acting up and immediately got me my order. Complete professional and understanding. Would recommend to come study or enjoy a quiet atmosphere
The worst experience ever as customer. There was one especific employee (a man with a beard) As soon as I arrived, he asked me " under what name was my order? I gave him my name, and he said he couldn't see my name. He asked me for my name three times and told me he didn't see any order 3 times. I showed him my online order receipt, and he said he was sorry, that there were 6 people ahead of me, but that he didn't see my name lol and asked me to spell it for him.
