Made an order through DoorDash. Received the other. I thought everything was great I’ve never had any issues, but when I looked at it the missed the one main ingredient in every coffee cup, the coffee! I ordered a decaf coffee and instead received a cup of milk with whipped cream with a label of decaf. Please stop asking for tips!!!!!!! This is one of the worst locations!! They have most inconsistent orders, rude employees and long waits. I’d say about 60% of the time my order is wrong, you can always go back and have them remake it but who has time for that?!? One time I ordered a strawberry lemonade açaí and the barista put brown sugar in it… I should have stopped going to them at that point.
Asked for a strawberry açaí with mango pineapple pearls and light ice. I got given no ice, and barely and pearls. Which is sad because normally the location is good.
