I got my drink everything was good other then I said no whip got whip they took it off which took off the Carmel drizzle top and the extra caramel crunch that I paid for. Not estatic about my frappe.
I ordered a ribbon crunch and asked for extra caramel and extra crunch. Best Starbucks drink iv ever gotten especially from such a nice worker, I didn’t quite catch her name but she made sure to keep me satisfied with the perfect and generous amount of both toppings. This employee had black curly hair with a green peekaboo, I love you mysterious Starbucks worker
On Sunday, the store seemed extra busy but they keep the customer service up while trying to keep the wait as short as possible. Bunny helped me at the window and it made my day! I appreciate my local coffee shop baristas.
So we ask for 3 Venti Caramel Crunch and only 1 double blended. An employee named "Bunny" took our order and made our drinks. Handed us the drinks and said im sorry I accidentally double blended all 3 I hopes thats okay. Whats the point of ordering what you want if they won't make it the way it was requested. 20+ dollars to not get an order right.
