I have visited this location multiple times, and unfortunately, I have had several disappointing experiences. On one visit, I found a fly in my drink. On another occasion, my order was prepared incorrectly three times. I ordered a Matcha Frappuccino but was initially given a strawberry drink with no matcha. After requesting a remake, I received a matcha iced latte instead. Two really rude ladies who were super abrupt and unprofessional. I had a mobile order and my drink had been sitting on the side for about 5 minutes. I then said, “that should be my drink, it’s sitting over there”. And the lady gave me a smart remark. If you can’t work on a Sunday morning busy rush, get a different job…
I don’t typically leave reviews on fast food major chains but I have been a long time Starbucks goer- I cannot go to this Starbucks anymore- the iced coffee here is weirdly “watered down” and every-time I ask for a “splash” of creamer I feel like half my drink is creamer and the other half is watered down coffee. Ordered two iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espressos - med - received the worst burnt coffee drinks I’ve had I quite some time - and they were small when I paid for mediums. The barista at the window wasn’t all that friendly either -
