First they didn’t have a classic frappe that ever has. So we tried something new and it was horrible and they refused to make a different one and a different kind. I come to this Starbucks all the time. At least they could have done is give a refund or another drink especially since u send $7 for one drink. Thats not good customer service.
We came shopping at Target, and my daughter decided to buy a Starbucks drink. I'm not very familiar with this brand, so Miss Lauren helped us and explained what the drink we were going to purchase contained. Excellent customer service—thank you!
