The cup was full of ice to the brim and there was hardly any drink.
I regularly come to this starbucks, the atmosphere is usually moderate. The barista naomi has plesently elevated my experience here, she's kind, easy to talk, and willing to accommodate a request. She does the above and beyond!
15min waiting to attend, just one person in front of us, then when finally ask for an ice coffee, says there is no ice, so bad service
