I was sitting and working for 45 mins when I was told by an employee their manager said I need to buy something I can’t just sit and work. 1 star. Starbucks is a cafe for sitting and working, and I didn’t need a drink. The employee was kind but it shows the values of the management. I quickly left from this poor service experience.
Typical Starbucks with its predictable menu, and that consistency is what makes me return time after time. My favorite order is an Americano and lemon loaf, and every order was great. I am a go into the shoppe and get my order customer, and this location's customer service has always been friendly.
