i picked up a mobile order today and drove up to the window. the window opened and i said “hi!” to the woman working, who was wearing a nametag that said bella. bella didn’t say a word back, just handed me my drink with a straight face and angry look, then closed the window right away. normally, employees should say “have a nice day” or “would you like a straw?” i’ve worked customer service on bad days where i didn’t feel like talking to anyone. still, i’ve never treated a guest so dismissively and disrespectfully. if bella ... read more
