The drive thru is faster than going in and waiting. People use to be more friendly here that seems to have faded. I understand they get busy but would it be to much to ask for service with a smile. I think I will go to my local small town coffe place from now on. You don't have to wait for a table. I waited about 20 minutes for 2 large drinks
Stopped in as an over the road trucker for some coffee. Incredible staff, very friendly and inviting. Good customer service. The only reason this review rating isn’t good is because the coffee wasn’t. I enjoy Starbucks generally but I stopped in for a coffee and it was a venti cup of frothed white milk. Straight up. I kept drinking hoping it would get better. It didn’t. I took the lid off and stirred it with plastic cutlery, guess what? Still straight up clean white. Came to Sullivan to celebrate my birthday and this was the icing on the cake for my day. We got the last two Bearistas, I’ve been looking for a coin purse, and everything is strawberry themed! (My favorite fruit) I also got a Starbucks cup awhile back. It’s been my favorite and it matches perfectly! Thank you ladies and thank you Starbucks for making our trip amazing 🍓💚🤍
