Checked online to see in this location was opend and the google page said it was open at 8am. I came in today at 8:07am and no one was at the counter. I waited about 6 - 7 minutes to place an order. Left a little while after once I realized no one was coming. This isn't the first time this has happened either; this has occurred 5 times in the past couple months. No one was in line in front of me. He made 3 cups of coffee and didn’t take my order. I just wanted a cup of hot tea. I waited 15 minutes, left and went to Tim Hortons
I paid for an uber to get to this Starbucks, it says it opens at 6 am, I show up and it’s closed at 11:15 am. I ask when it opens, the associate tells me “whenever someone decides to show up”. What a waste of my time and money. Maybe you need to hire more than one employee.
Store hours are listed for 7 pm and they close whenever they feel like it. So unprofessional.
