This location is never open. It’s a disappointment every time we walk in to get a drink.
Absolutely horrible. Probably closed 95% of the time. Even when it’s open, the order isn’t correct so it needs to be redone.
I went at 12:20pm and the worker told me they were closed, they are supposed to be open until 6pm. This is the third time this has happened to me and it's outrageous.
I went there today at 4:45 to buy 4 coffee mugs . l asked staff where l can pay , she said you have to pay here but l am colsing now. Which is the hour of the shop said open 6 am-6pm .. How they colsed before the hour that show on the website also on the sign in front of the counter!!! very very disappointed!!!
Checked online to see in this location was opend and the google page said it was open at 8am. I came in today at 8:07am and no one was at the counter. I waited about 6 - 7 minutes to place an order. Left a little while after once I realized no one was coming. This isn't the first time this has happened either; this has occurred 5 times in the past couple months.
