Bad customer service today at Woodbridge mall. The black guy came out from the back with a attitude to go grab my drinks almost yelling. The African girl in the front that took my order also mad attitude. People like this shouldn’t work in a place like Starbucks!!
The young African American male that works at this Starbucks is very rude. We placed an order and he yelled at us to move down in Spanish and I’m not even Spanish. The African American lady that works here with the long hair that was making us the drinks made all the drinks wrong and wasn’t very friendly at all. The black lady working in this location was rude. I asked chai latte and I asked the receipt (3 times) and she ignored my ask. Also, she kept the drink without saying anything with rude manner and turned back on me.
