I was really disappointed with the customer service at this Starbucks location. The young man who took my order had a very impatient and unfriendly attitude and honestly seemed completely miserable to be there. I didn’t feel welcomed at all, and the interaction felt rushed and unnecessarily unpleasant. A very bad experience; as soon as I arrived, I was met with a bad attitude. When I ordered a caramel Frappuccino, the employee responded with a sour look, saying they don't sell that. They might not carry it, but my complaint is about the poor customer service.
Amazing staff and very relaxing atmosphere
I am a regular at this location and I have to say the barista named Ashley is THE BEST. I am allergic to milk and have menu favorites that she makes perfect every single time. She also has the kindest smile when I greet her. I feel safer ordering from her with my food allergies in mind compared to others. Thank you!!!
