A very bad experience; as soon as I arrived, I was met with a bad attitude. When I ordered a caramel Frappuccino, the employee responded with a sour look, saying they don't sell that. They might not carry it, but my complaint is about the poor customer service.
Amazing staff and very relaxing atmosphere
I am a regular at this location and I have to say the barista named Ashley is THE BEST. I am allergic to milk and have menu favorites that she makes perfect every single time. She also has the kindest smile when I greet her. I feel safer ordering from her with my food allergies in mind compared to others. Thank you!!!

Usually this starbucks is pretty good and the employees are quite nice and helpful. But today a barista with pigtails ignored me and went to the person behind me in line and was so rude and unhelpful genuinely just a draining experience and she was like that with every customer, like an AI robot would genuinely have been nicer than the human to human interaction i had here today.
