Usually this starbucks is pretty good and the employees are quite nice and helpful. But today a barista with pigtails ignored me and went to the person behind me in line and was so rude and unhelpful genuinely just a draining experience and she was like that with every customer, like an AI robot would genuinely have been nicer than the human to human interaction i had here today. Walked in 20 minutes before closing and they refused to make a drink.
Close very early on sundays. Rep was very CLEAR he was closing. Did not want to make my frozen drink suggested I get something else
We walked in a few minutes after placing our order so we didn't have to wait. We asked the barista to change the foam for one of the drinks because someone wanted to try the lavender cold foam. The barista didn't start making the drink at all yet and when getting her attention and asking she was very rude and off putting. She seemed angry for some reason. The customer service there today was not good at all.The guy who was there.He was slumbing, the shelf door the young lady she was not friendly at all.I asked her to add something to my drink.And the look that she gave me she was very rude.I go there all the time but today very rude.. I was there yesterday and the man who made my drink.He was very nice.He need to have a talk to his employees about customer service
