I’m a frequent Starbucks customer, but something about this location really stands out and not in a good way. It’s constantly overcrowded with students camped out for hours, turning the café into more of a library than a coffee shop. While I appreciate seeing students focused on their work, Starbucks is meant to be a place where everyone can comfortably enjoy their food and beverages. I go to Starbucks at least twice a week. This is my first time to this Starbucks. What a horrible disappointment. I got a hot Americano with light cream ( my usual). My coffee was ice cold. It was white. I’m not sure it’s even coffee. I think it’s just cream. They were not nice and I threw this cup of cream away. I would have gone back, but I was on my way to a meeting and didn’t have the time. Go to another one!!
