Very friendly staff and food was delicious.
I don’t know what is going on with training there but this past year or so any coffee drink I get is just awful. It tastes burnt or without the syrup I requested. Quite a few times I was given a cup of steamed milk with no coffee in it. The Caramel fraps I’ve ordered aren’t really blended or they just taste like a shot of espresso mixed with water, no frap texture at all. Shelby and mags are such hard workers. Someone messed up my drink and they both were more than willing to give me a remake. Customer service here is always top tier.
