They get one star. I watch as several employees totally ignored another employee asking for a remake. The atmosphere in there was tense and I felt sorry for him. In there quiet often and he is always hard at work I hope they have cameras or something to see how other employees treat watch other. This was shameful. Parking here is an awful situation.
I picked my daughter drink up and She ordered me a ham and cheese croissant. It was still cold in the middle. but the service is great. The atmosphere is wonderful and that was the first time that happened with my sandwich.
Went Friday afternoon at 2:45pm. Service staff was great! I wanted to purchase an enamel pin set and they were out. Service staff looked hard for a set and then I believe the manager started to look and found the set for me. I am a BIG believer in supporting ONLY local establishments. Customer service is KEY to having people spend $$. This Starbucks gets my vote as a franchise that went above and beyond. Service was GREAT!! Manager was WONDERFUL!! Will go back for sure. Thank you!
They are fast, accurate, but I feel like its too crowded to hangout.
