Wife went to this location and attempted to get a drink made and some cake pops. Several orders came out before her and after a while she inquired into what may be the issue. The staff was rude to her and tried to suggest that someone took her drink. They didn't. They just messed up. She attempted to get a refund. They refused and told her she'd have to go to targets customer service desk. Which she shouldnt have to. We paid for a service and then didnt recieve it. Fast efficient service and great coffee while I worked from the very clean and sunlit sitting area.
We love our Starbucks no complaints at all.
Honestly, really great experience and they’re doing amazing even with the little people they have, totally coming back!
