It was very good very sigma I give it a 6 out of 7 67
Maybe the day I went was just a bad day but 2 people working for a store that's packed at breakfast time and spitting out 1 order every 10 to 15 minutes is not good business. First time going at this location and I left after 15 minutes when not even 1 customer order was completed. May revise if I go back and the process is more efficient.
I dont write many reviews but this really need to be addressed. My wife and I are big fans of Starbucks we go to them everytime with our daughter but this one we are starting to dislike. They used either burnt or old coffee in our drinks, they barely have anything when you walk in, and they are rude treating everyone. Would highly recommend a retraining for everyone including management, if not a WHOLE NEW team
Skylar was absolutely amazing barista! He was so kind and helpful, even after I accidentally ordered the wrong coffee. His customer service truly speaks for himself.
