Went to this Starbucks on a Wednesday. A girl with dark hair and glasses waited on me. I think it was June 4th. I asked about purchasing a thermos there but realized it was damaged. I was still willing to buy it and asked her if she could give me small discount since it was damaged. She decided to berate me and say it was only scratched. Well it would have been great had you guys not poisoned me today. Im not Some frufru coffee mocha latte express whatever. I CAN'T HAVE DAIRY that's why I asked for soy. So thank you again. Simple vanilla latte with soy.
Brandon was amazing! Very attentive and made my cup of Earl Grey just right. Such a relief in my long black friday shift. They were also very charming, and captivated me in lovely conversation while I waited. Yet quick! 1k Stars! Thank you, Brandon!!!!
Went today for my red cup and lady did not give me my red cup because I ordered a hot chocolate. I went to Starbucks list and hot chocolate was a qualifying drink and I showed her the list. Irritated she told me it’s not a holiday drink. So why would it be on list if it wasn’t?
