Extremely Uncomfortable and Unprofessional Experience. I’ve never felt so pressured and uncomfortable buying a simple coffee. The employee literally turned the card reader toward me and hovered while waiting for a tip, as if tipping is mandatory now. I’m pretty bummed. I work for EMS and we post around there often. I ordered a drink and paid for it with my app. I then received a call that I had to leave for, and they didn’t start my drink yet. I asked to cancel it and have a refund due to the fact I had to go on a call. The guy there stated there was nothing he could do about it. So I had to just leave and pay for a drink I never got. It just makes me sad, it’s literally the one thing that gets me through the day and I don’t even get a refund for no drink.
Went to this Starbucks on a Wednesday. A girl with dark hair and glasses waited on me. I think it was June 4th. I asked about purchasing a thermos there but realized it was damaged. I was still willing to buy it and asked her if she could give me small discount since it was damaged. She decided to berate me and say it was only scratched.
