Had unpleasant experience on 9-24-25. Drive thru cashier was very snippy. She ruined my order and wouldn't correct it! Otherwise everyone else is terrific!!
Hot Chocolate is nothing more than warm water with a little color to it. Asked for venti 20oz with whole milk and whipped cream. It was pee warm, as a matter of fact, pee is hotter than your hot chocolate. There was no whipped cream on it either. Sausage. Egg and cheese sandwich. The sausage was under cooked and cheese barley melted. The English muffin it was on was soggy. I should have gone across the street to dunkin donuts, id have paid less and got better. Very disappointed!!
The staff at the South Holland Starbucks are some of the friendliest, hardest working and overall salt of the Earth people I've ever met. Deb, Lucy, Ari, Julia, Jimena, Venus, Mirca, & Emma especially. They know my favorite drinks by heart, and even bought me balloons and a card for my birthday in April. They are the best in the world and will take great care of you.
