Just a really bad experience this morning with i’m guessing one of the managers. She completely cut us off with our order and assumed that we were done ordering. We also didn’t get what we had ordered but did get it replaced with something else. We always go to this location and i’m sad and very angry at how i got treated.
I’ve been to this location a few times and my drinks are always good and consistent. Everyone is always so nice, they have such a positive attitude. 10/10 👏🏽
I expirence rude and disrespectful service from a young man with brides who were working the cash register and taking orders. I happened to be in front of one of his friends in line, after he took my order and rushed me away to the other end of the counter. He took her order and filled it right away. Now I get it they watch out for their friends, but when he was through with her, hugging, laughing and giving her the order, he went around doing other things instead of giving me my order.
