SHAME ON YOU, Starbucks! 92* IN SEATTLE & you want to charge for WATER! My iced oatmeal shaken espressos was good but the women in the morning honestly seem very rude, like dang if you don't like your job then don't work there simple, basically she asked what I wanted to order and said nothing after that, I even said thank you have a nice day and the workers didn't say anything, I'm not salty it's just that if I'm spending my hard earned money I want ok customer service you know, It's like I don't even have to say hi hello how are you doing today but I do it be nice to someone who is serving me ... read more

I live nearby and often order drinks from this place, but the service has consistently been disappointing. Even when I order through the app, the staff are unfriendly and disrespectful. It feels like I’m being treated differently because I’m Asian, which is very upsetting. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their staff’s attitude and customer service.
