I frequent this store because I work in the square and the one time I ask for a cup of ice and water, I was told no and that I need to be a paying customer. I can’t believe it.. horrible service from the lady with the red pixie cut. Ended up walking to corner bakery and they were great. I can’t believe how stingy Starbucks is when I spend $100s of dollars here a year is with a cup of water and ice.
Waited in line this morning for a bear and the employee working there took all of them.
Nice, friendly staff as always. This is a busy location in the middle of the Southlake shopping area. Parking is a bit difficult to find and this shop does not have a drive thru.
I usually enjoy Starbucks Americano, but this time it was surprisingly weak — almost like brewed coffee mixed with too much water. I even asked for an extra shot, and the barista kindly added it, but the taste was still too light. I’ve never had an Americano this weak at Starbucks before. I hope this was just a one-time issue because I usually love their coffee.
