As someone who works in the square and frequents this Starbucks regularly, I was frustrated when I was denied a cup of water because I didn’t make a purchase the same day I wanted a water? What in the world!? Also, let’s talk about being a decent human here. Forget that we regularly visit this store. This location is beautiful on the outside but hectic inside. The remodel is absolutely disgusting; It’s cold and uninviting. The cashier was rude as well. This location also has a teenager problem on Friday and Saturday nights. They’re everywhere and extremely rude. They have no sense of personal space. So if you really want to come to this Starbucks come when schools are in session before 6:30pm.

Wonderful neighborhood for a horrible starbucks, Kelly for working the register as long as you say you have you sure dont have people skills she was very condescending and rude when I placed my order i usually order the medicine ball tea, which up until this point that is exactly how I've ordered it. And every single Starbucks, I've been to knows what I'm talking about.
