Bathroom was disgusting. I don’t get why everyone pretends this place is good. Store was dirty too.
I visited this Starbucks today and asked for a simple cup of water. To my surprise, I was told I needed to go to the cashier to order it, even though no one was at the counter. I understand that there may be policies in place, but it felt unnecessary and frustrating given the circumstances. Water should be a basic, accessible service, especially if the cafe is not busy. I hope the staff can find a more customer-friendly solution in the future.
Used to go to this location all the time from day one when it opened. Now we avoid it completely. Yes they are in the town square, yes they get the volume, but their signal is clear...come in, get your drink and get out. Very univiting, non cozy store.
Worst Starbucks in all of Texas!!! Never walked into a place so rude! Been coming here for the last 5 days in a row each day just gets worse. They’re always leaving like 2inches of room in my latte no other Starbucks has ever done that for a latte. Never ever been greeted and every time I walk in it’s slow!
