They give me hot latte with a flat lid. When I asked to change the lid she was very rude about it and just handed me a lid. When I replaced the lid she told me to throw away the old lid and didn’t offer that she could take care of it.
Food and drinks are awesome. But they changed the cups to compostable cups. A grande doesn't even look like a grande.
Im not even a huge fan of Starbucks. But when i have come here, there were a few times where I got exceptional service that was above and beyond. Shout out to Minerva (who is amazing) Their service was something i have never gotten at a Starbucks before. Thank you so much!
