This is the worst Starbucks Ever!! Ask for no whipped cream on my frappuccino and extra caramel. Got whipped cream and a drop of caramel. Most Starbucks put the caramel around the inside of the cup, not just a drop on top. I'm done giving this Starbucks chance. Waste of money. I know this review won't make a difference. This place needs to really get it together.
Worst Starbucks I've ever had. Avoid going here. If you think you're going to get your drink how it is stated you're wrong. They are awful, they serve dog water.

I ordered at the drive thru and had to repeat my order three times. I was clear and concise each time, I requested two hot beverages in the Venti size, one White Mocha w/ no whipped cream and a Venti Caramel Macchiato, I was ready and paid with cash at the window and was treated with indifference and disdain. Not sure if it was because I paid w/ cash or that I am not their preferred coffee drinking demographic.
