Friendly but very very slow
Go there to relax have a couple cups of coffee enjoy the ambience and people watch bring your laptop do your work, or play games whatever you want to do you can stay as long as you want, but don't overdo it.
Service has gotten better lately, however, in the last 2 weeks I've managed to have only 1 day where my coffee wasn't burnt. Every other drink I get is typically great, except a plain hot coffee in the AM.
