Most of the time great. Today was not! Young girl in her early 20s made my drink this morning and it was absolute crap
This location has the sweetest manager, Emelia (I apologize if I spelled your name incorectly). She was such a joy this morning to my kiddos and I who needed a little pick me up. Wonderful service and the other 2 gals were also smiley & kind!

Today I decided to get a Starbucks. I started ordering my drink and was chatting with the women who was working. I ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato and she asked if I wanted extra caramel I said sure that sounds good. I told her it is my birthday and she said oh hold a second let me just do some magic. I am officially done with this location!! I had the same type of problem twice now with same young guy. I am blown away at how he acted to a customer on two separate occasions. Defensive and seemingly takes everything personally. He needs to find a new line of work. At no point of either interaction did I act in a way that warranted this behavior.
