Went the other day and this location has been my home store for over 2yrs. I’ve never had an issue with this location before, but lately in the past several months it hasn’t been same my drinks never taste good anymore and something changed. Miss whatever was happening before these few months.
First time coming to this location and will now be our only Starbys location until we move! My daughter wanted the Glenda drink, and general manager Delaney, I knew exactly what we were talking about. She was happy chipper, and excited to take our order! I asked for a cake pop, but they ran out, so she offered a cookie on the house. Not only did she end up paying for everything, the staff decorated the cup and the sticker read, "Gliiiiiiinda!" Super wonderful staff! We will be back!!
