I had originally purchased my go to refresher at the Dyer location and not only did I received poorly treatment by the employee I got a refresher that tasted like coffee beans. I went to this location and asked if I was able to have it remade and the barista didn’t even hesitate was super kind apologized and he even asked me if I wanted him to throw away my cup. Wish I would’ve gotten his name !!
Went to Starbucks this morning to get a venti cinnamon dolce latte. Went thru the drive thru. Got my coffee. When I got to work and opened the coffee it was not filled all the way to the top. Very disappointed that I paid full price and even gave a tip to get what i got. Will definitely not be going back.
JIMENA COST ME SO MUCH MONEY! ...but it was the best money I've spent in a while! In the drive-thru, she noticed my gf's Miffy bag and mentioned that they had just one Miffy mug left. My gf immediately got it. She also wanted a strawberry cup and Jimena brought over both the one she initially wanted AND a different one she hadn't seen, and my gf immediately changed her mind.
