I asked for Light Ice on my drink because I am sick and i am avoiding ice cold drinks as i don’t want to worsen my state of health but was craving a refresher. When i saw the amount of ice i got i got annoyed. You’re telling me this is light ice? Worst Starbucks I’ve ever ordered from. My go to order is an iced matcha w strawberry cold foam. I’ve ordered from here twice and both times the drink is pure milk to the point where the color of the drink is white / gray. Very frustrated. Below are photos of my matcha from here vs from other locations. I will not order from here again.
