I guess my first ever review will be a bad one. I spend too much on Starbucks, really. Easily thousands every year. Thats why it bugs me so much to see a Starbucks that is messing most of it. The employees are rude and rush you, don't care about the drinks, and will try and upcharge you only to not include what you paid for! An example of this is just earlier today, where I was up-charged $1.50 for light ice, and then my drink came out 25% empty because "Less ice means less space filled".
