I have good experiences at this Starbucks, friendly employees when I go in the mornings.
From the moment I entered this location it was nothing but positive vibes. Very peaceful atmosphere. I appreciated how this employee in the picture greeted me immediately. I felt led welcome and appreciated for coming into this location. She was very helpful and polite. I even went back in to order some items for my husband and she was very cheerful. I ordered 2 Mango dragon fruit refreshers. One was a venti, and the other was a grande. I asked for no ice, and the cashier charged me $2 on both drinks for ordering without ice. Starbucks, are we charging people now for not ordering ice?
Big Barista Christian is extremely rude and arrogant. I don't get how they would put someone like him as the face of Starbucks even if it is inside an Albertsons. Can't figure out if he's mad that he has to work there, was bullied all his life and getting back at society or if he just has a small prick. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
