Really disappointed with my experience. My drink tasted sour, so I asked if they could remake it. Unfortunately, the second drink still tasted sour. I then asked for a completely different drink, and they told me I would have to pay for another drink if I wanted something different. I understand not every drink will be perfect, but after already receiving two drinks that tasted wrong, I expected them to work with me rather than charge me again. Definitely not the customer service I was expecting.
Ordered drip coffee, it tasted like office coffee in a Styrofoam cup. You should be ashamed to serve this to people at your elevated prices. EDIT 2026...not sure why, but I tried again, only to get another overpriced terrible drip coffee. Asking to remake terrible coffee just gets more of the same. Shame on me this time, yuk!
Customer service is not priority for this girls
The gentleman who took my order was lovely, but the girl who made my drink was super rude and kept making comments about me behind the counter that I could totally hear. She also didn't make my drink correctly, but given her attitude I didn't want to deal with it anymore. Really unfortunate experience.
I ordered a mango strawberry açaí lemonade. The order took FORVER and came out COMPLETELY wrong. Instead of the mango strawberry açaí lem, i got a dragon fruit refresher. I asked them to remake it and it still came out wrong (completely other drink too). What is wrong with the workers?? Do better.
