Rudy was absolutely amazing!!!!!!! He made my day!!!! He asked me if I just flew in and from where. I said I was on my way to Houston where people aren't like el paso. He was so sweet to me and I was going through a hard time and he really had great customer service and he cared. Just really really put shine in my day.
Rudy is amazing, i actually flew out 2 months ago but i remembered his customer service back when we talked. so when i came back today i saw him, i HAD to tell him he was amazing that day and he remembered me! this is exactly the kinda of man i would wish ran our country.
Rudy recommended my drink and it was delicious. Apologized for the wait even though i didn’t think i waited long. Made it in time for boarding. Excellent service. - rarely ever go to Starbucks customer
