The guy on the headset is really rude
Ordered using mobile app for a traveler thinking give them enough time to get it completed. Showed up 12 min later, never started. Coupled with this location like to display and push their political narrative on the wall.
I’ve been going to this Starbucks almost everyday for 2 years because I go to school right next to them at Southwest, and it’s been 2 weeks now that their coffee tastes like sugar with water. Looks disgusting and taste bad. I don’t know if it’s new hires that aren’t making them good, but I stopped coming here for this reason I hope they fix their issue or who ever is making the drinks.
