The atmosphere of this store is warm and inviting, which initially made for a pleasant visit. However, my experience was negatively impacted after witnessing what appeared to be the manager, Narnia, speaking to an employee in a degrading and unprofessional manner. The tone and approach she used toward the employee lacked empathy and respect, which not only created an uncomfortable environment but also seemed discouraging for the staff member who was simply trying to do his job.
