Regular customer here, and this location is usually great — except for one recurring issue. A specific barista has now twice gotten my protein cold foam order wrong (once giving regular instead of protein, this time giving chocolate instead of vanilla). When I politely corrected her today, she got defensive and raised her voice instead of just fixing it. When another staff member remade the drink, it came out purple instead of the usual blue for a Blue Lemonade Refresher, and it tasted noticeably different too.
