Lets start by saying this location is always busy and I don't know why unless it's the only one around. I stopped going here. It's the closest one to my work. The staff are more like robots. You can come in with a name tag and they will still ask you your name. Why. Because they don't look at you. Do not go inside. The team seemed very unorganized and did not prioritize in store orders. We waited for over 25 min for two drinks. We saw mobile orders completed before we even finished ordering that were still waiting for pick up, and people came in after us and received their drinks first. After commenting about the long wait, they made one drink, started the other and instead of finishing it, started 5 or 6 more drinks before just placing the cold foam on top.
