This Starbucks consistently has the worst customer service. Drive to the next one if you can. We’ve tried it multiple times while in the area and I get reminded every single time why I try to avoid it. I recently had a barista argue with me about a drink I was literally reading off the menu. She acted like I was stupid and was trying to order something off menu. I’m pretty sad about having to write this but after ordering 2 days in a row and not receiving what I ordered correctly is upsetting. I ordered 2 different drinks in 2 days and did not receive what I paid for. Now when I order I get charged for anything extra that I add on but when you don’t receive it that’s kinda frustrating. Now the drinks can be costly but I don’t mind it as long as it comes out the way I ask for it. Now this drink had no classic syrup in it very dull.
The two gentlemen who were working last night were such a vibe, I wish I could still drop it to the floor cause the dancing was 🤌🏻 ✨✨✨ such a fan. <3 an elderly millennial
