I went through the drive through to get a cup of ice for a drink that I had purchased earlier that day and wanted to ice, and the girl at the drive thru window said they have a new policy for charging for ice or ice water, I said it was fine that I would pay and then she said that I have to buy a pastry or something to get the ice🤔Didn’t she just say she would charge me for it? Please avoid ordering matcha green tea from this location—they consistently fail to prepare it properly, and this isn’t the first time it has happened.

My favorite Starbucks , the staff here has set the gold standard for great service. I only go here about twice a week but as soon as I walk through the door I hear my name at least two or three times and when I go to leave always thanks Robert or we'll see you next time. Fast Friendly and efficient and they treat all there customers the same way. I really appreciate there friendly , kind considerate approach. It's very obvious that people aren't just customers but instead they make you feel like a friend or part of a family.... read more
