Bad experience in the drive thur, I called to express my concern but it only got worse. If you don’t like your job then time to move on.
Upon inquiring about my pickup order, which was purportedly ready, I experienced a delay. The staff initially questioned my location, despite the presence of one of my items on the counter. Subsequently, I was asked to present my receipt, resulting in a further waiting period.

Ordered light iced matcha latte, it was full of foam. I'm literally foam burping my drink. I guess this location blends their drinks and makes into foams to fill room when ordering light iced " ice" drinks. Has no flavors. July6, Sunday UPDATE You guys did it again! Ordered matcha latte light iced, damn it's watered down. No flavor, no sweetness, color is off, why????????? why yall keep playing with drinks like this??
