Was very disappointed when I walked in. It took a while to be acknowledged but that’s fine I don’t care about that they’re just busy. But when I placed my order the guy was rude and short with me. Place also smells bad inside.
To be honest I don’t think I’ll come back after the way I was talked to at this place. Not friendly and acted like I was causing them problems with my order.
Bad coffee and not the best service. Felt like i was putting them out or something.
Incredibly rude and downright unfriendly staff. Also smells like a broken sewer line every time you walk in that place.
Went in to ask for a trenta cup of ice water and a trenta cup of ice with heavy cream. Worker was rude and said that he can’t do that and I have to buy something. I said I’d pay for both items. He was flustered and frustrated and clearly didn’t know how to ring up a Trent cup of ice. I pointed at a coworker and said he rang this up for me yesterday. I asked the barista why he was giving me so much attitude and then he said I can leave and refused me service. Very embarrassing and frustrating a felt racially motivated.
