One on road trips. We often stop at Starbucks a lot. Most of the time it's to pick up either a morning coffee or an afternoon pick me up. But a lot of the times we'll stop to fill up our water cups and use the bathroom. It is inexcusable for a Starbucks in a busy area to have a dirty bathroom. We walked in and another customer told us not to use the bathroom. It was dirty so we left without making a purchase.
They were busy..... but calm, thoughtful, and helpful! Thank you!
