Hair found in drink…The barista wanted to remake the drinks without even letting me say how I wanted the situation resolved. I asked for a refund, and I was quickly shuffled to scan my app for a “refund”. The barista failed to mention It wouldn’t come back to my card, but in the form of a starbucks gift card instead. He wasn’t rude, but he was rushing the interaction without giving proper information about the refund process. I was getting some evening coffee. It’s been a day!!! now I don’t have a go to order, but I just had to get some and what I got was just a regular iced brown sugar, oatmeal shake, and espresso. The barista who made my order did a wonderful job. The only thing that I did not like was the customer service at the drive-through window!! Starbucks? This is like the fifth interaction I had with bad customer service. We might need to revisit that with all employees. Thank you. Good day!
No hello then Staff gave us the wrong drink then rudely switched it and didn’t even look at us at the window, we still said thank you but it was the worst Starbucks experience :/
