I do doordash and there's no reason for my customers order to be sitting on the counter and then whenever I mention it to one of your employees tell him they should have it backed up and not just sitting on the counter he tells me the priority is the customers in the store. Make 0 cents whenever my customer y'all's customer order is already done but y'all haven't bagged it up yet and then have an attitude and basically slam my customer's order down. Very unprofessional
Shoutout to the leadership and the employees here. 2 different occasions where they handled/helped my situation. Situation #1 a cat got stuck under my hood and they gave me a cup of water and a paper bag to try and help me catch the cat. Situation #2 someone had taken my to-go order and they refunded me gave me a voucher as an apology. I still continue to go here cause i know i’m well taken care of as a customer. Thank you to this team working here
