Went to pick up my mobile order that I get all the time, they gave me the drink in the first photo and immediately knew that’s what it’s not supposed to look like. Had them remake it, and was handed practically the same thing. I went to another location down the road and they made the drink properly in the paper cup in the second photo. The barista at the drive thru window blew me off and sounded like I was an inconvenience when I asked if the drink could be remade. Coffee was good, but I was intending to spend half an hour here for some relaxation before heading into a busy day. No chance. It’s super small, with just 2 or 4 small tables and a couple of edgy wooden chairs. On top, very noisy. I did not stay and rather sat in the car instead. I think that says it all 😆
I am a regular customer at this place usually drive-thru; Earlier this morning I had the most unfriendly barista I ever met. I was in drive thru at 7:05 am and spent around 16$; when I tried to explain my prev experience to the lady at the drive thru, of a half-watered oat milk latte, she said she didn’t understand me : twice; I again explained at the pickup window; the lady at the window, said oh; and went on as if nothing happened; worst service and I’m not gonna visit this place again!
