I went through the drive-thru on February 12 after 9 PM. I ordered a venti Banana Bread Matcha. The blonde-haired employee took my order, but she didn’t repeat it back to me to confirm, and her tone felt a bit rude. When I received my drink, it was a grande instead of a venti. When I asked about it, she said I had ordered a grande. I’m sure I ordered a venti. I was in a hurry and didn’t want to argue, but it honestly made my night worse. Holy staff bro. I’m here before the sun’s up, and everyone is so nice and the atmosphere is *chefs kiss* perfection for studying.
Everything is, almost, impeccable. Bravo. However, [I think she is the manager] . . . she is speaking so LOUD now and then. Sometimes she instructed the baristas from the room closer to the counter. Not friendly at all. I know it's not a library. While working on your laptop (sometimes reading and writing), her voice is a bit destructive. Thank you for the food and service.
