I remember years ago when a gentleman by the name of Sinad worked there, service was great and he always delivered awesome customer service. Today is the total opposite. The girls today seem so unmotivated and bothered. I was bummed on my part that I failed to notice their $6 offer and also bummed there was no mention of it at the time of purchase. . I know service in the valley is not the greatest, but even a smile would improve so many interactions..

I love my Vons baristas! Always on point with a smile and great customer service. They remember drinks and names.

I always love the Starbucks inside the Vons but today august 15th my barista was rude. She also made my drink wrong. I got venti caramel macchiato. The Starbucks app says it has 3 shots of espresso. She only poured one. My drink practically tasted like an iced milk. I was so disappointed. I still kept a positive attitude. She might’ve been having a bad day but that doesn’t excuse her rudeness.. I was also waiting while she was just talking to her co worker.

Our cashier, Nathalia, seemed like she didn’t want to be there and had a judging look on her face the entire time. It also felt like she was moving in slow motion with the time she took to make our order. This would normally be fine but we were in a rush today so it sets us a few steps back.
