I never post reviews. But a barista here needs an entitlement check. Most of them are awesome and I get great coffee, but today I ordered a simple grande cappuccino and received a drink that was 2/3 full. Not 2/3 coffee and 1/3 foam, it was 2/3 even with the foam maybe less than that. As if I’d ordered a Tall. So I went back and asked if I could have more. They take an understandably long time to serve drinks when they’re busy. Sometimes I have to wait around 30 minutes for my food and drinks. That’s not the main issue though. Everyone who works at this Starbucks seems like they do not have guest service skills. Every time I try to thank them for my food/drinks I get ignored.
