Multiple trips now severely disappointing. Employees more worried about playing grab ass than working. Orders keep getting broken up where they seem to do one beverage per order and then circle back to make the next one. Each time we go a beverage or good item or two are done early and one or more have been done fully 10 minutes after order window, so we have to sit and wait and let one go cold or warm while they fill 5-10 other orders before circling back. The workers today were very rude. You can tell they either dont get along or when they make a mistake on a drink they make the customers feel uncomfortable and become extremely rude. And are loud about it.
Starbucks on Broad Street consistently provides excellent service. Food is great, drinks are made exactly as ordered, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They greet every customer with a hello and a smile. I highly recommend this location.
Everyone is kind but EVERYTIME I order me and my husband a salted caramel cold foam cold brew, they never put the salt or caramel in it. It’s literally just milk and cold brew nothing to sweeten it. It sucks that we pay so much for these as is we normally let it slide but after we had said please add the sweeteners in it that it comes with they never do it. It’s not even slightly sweetened.
Stubborn male server cashier refuses to make coffee deliberately didn't add Splenda or cream and suggested to use bar. Lazy overpaid should not be working with customers. We are disabled it's very awful to be discriminated against because of laziness all other stores in SLO can adhere to the simple task of customer experience this store used to cater to customers for these premium priced beverages with premium customer service but not since this person has been lazily working there. Horrible
