Starbucks is great!
New and shiny. Wish the drinks are as good as the place.
Date and time of visit: Saturday December 7, 3 PM. We went to have some coffee. There was just 1 person in front of us. It appears that this person had such a large order. The person that was serving was entering the order by looking at the customer’s cell phone. 5…10…15 minutes passed by. The person was still entering the order by looking at the customer phone. My recent experience at Starbucks was far from enjoyable. It took an absurdly long time just to get two simple coffees. I expected some delay, but this was excessive, especially with only a handful of customers in line. The wait made it all the more frustrating when we finally got our drinks, only to find that the flavor was disappointing—weak and not fresh-tasting at all.
