Similar to other reviews, this is the worst location I’ve ever been to. No one is in the store, and while I understand there’s a drive thru, there’s 5 people and no one is making the orders taken in the store. We waited over 20 minutes while they’re just walking around and starring at us.
I absolutely hate to be this type of person because I work in customer service myself at a food business. I placed an online drive-through order for a simple iced coffee with cream and I’m sitting in the line for 15 minutes to pick it up and when I get it instead of cream, it came with cold foam. I didn’t have the energy in me or the time to waste anymore to get it fixed. This Starbucks is a good, reliable stop when you need coffee that’s consistent and quick — especially if you’re passing through the area or starting an early morning. They open very early, which is a big plus when you’re out the door before the world is fully awake and you need that first cup to become a mentch again. This has to be the slowest drive thru I have ever encountered. Literally at a standstill. And when i finally got my food, staff was unfriendly
