I was there, it must have been between rushes because there were two barista's cleaning. I have been going to Starbucks for years and was going to cash out my stars for my free medium drink. I was informed that they no longer take stars, even though it was done just the day beforehand. I talked with management and they said this was incorrect. I’ve had issues with this Starbucks before but recently one of the girls with darker hair and glasses has has a really poor attitude. Last time we came in she was very loudly complaining about doing other people’s jobs and today just tried going in to see if they were open and didn’t even look at me just walked by and said “I’m sorry we’re closed” in a very monotone voice. This is the typical grocery store Starbucks. The menu has limited drinks. But you can ask drink by drink to see what they can or cannot make. Each drink was made one at a time and can take time if there are people asking what drinks are available. They made my drink as expected. I would not like to sit and drink here.
I just have to take a moment to say how wonderful all these employees are! Brittany is one of the sweetest batistas, she always brightens my days with her smiles and attitude. Everyone else is just a nice. I love getting my morning coffee here.
