Ordered online for the first time trying Starbucks. They charged me. Walked there in the snow w/ my kids for our order. ( we just moved in the area) anyways we get there and doors locked! No one answered phone and my money took! What an inconvenience! And for this being the first time experience. I’m turned off! We went across the street to Dunkin and they treated us great!
Just a normal Starbucks but do know that they do NOT have a restroom even for paying customers.
Chris helped me find a fall beverage suitable for someone allergic to coffee and with a plant based diet. He was super kind, and extremely helpful. Thank you Chris for helping me enjoy a yummy pumpkin drink!! ◡̈
This is by far NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED WELL BEFORE CLOSING HOURS! I have been more than nice about it! I’ll be making a call to corporate for the one specific employee who REPEATEDLY violates policy and locks the doors sometimes 30minutes before close! If he can’t fulfill the duties required he should be moved elsewhere or shift changed! I’ll be reporting him specifically every time this happens! If he ends up fired so be it!
