As someone who visits Starbucks nearly every morning—and travels frequently, visiting locations across the country—I’ve always appreciated the consistency and high standards the brand is known for. Always accurate on orders and drinks taste amazing!
I am very disappointed with not only the lack of customer service in the drive thru this morning, but my Carmel macchiato did not taste right. I go to Starbucks almost every morning and most of my purchases are at this specific location. The person taking orders needs to learn not to interrupt a person when they are placing their order and use a more customer friendly attitude when talking to customers.
