Twice in the last week they have put the ink-filled tea name tags of the tea bags inside my tea drink. This is unacceptable, it seeps ink into the tea drink and there is no reason a barista at Starbucks should be doing this.
Never been to a Star bucks that will take my money but not provide a restroom for patrons drinking coffee and tea. Will not visit again.
My 5 year old daughter and I had a great experience here! Debra was super kind and made an effort to engage with my daughter and make her feel special. The service was quick and delicious. We accidentally spilled my daughter’s hot chocolate, and Chris was quick to not only clean it up, but also get her a new hot chocolate. We enjoyed hanging out and having a snack, and we will come back because of Chris and Debra’s service.
