Was treated absolutely terrible ,I left my drink there after they remade it wrong again and wanted to charge me a second time. I paid 10 dollars for a shaken espresso with raspberry foam and 4 extra shot and I received a cup with cold coffee,barely any foam and all ice ,I walked back in and gave the drink back to the Barista ,not to mention staff was yelling and very unprofessional and rude to me treating me classless walking away as my drink was suppose to be made. I will never return back to the Starbucks
I must say everytime I come to this location, the service and experience is horrible. I personally avoid coming to this location due to the bad customer service. Not once am I greeted when I walk into this location, the employees don't make you feel welcome, no smile, nothing. Then don't let them mess up on your order, they will catch even more of an attitude if you tell them the order is missing something or not right. Respectfully, I would like to give Miss Keala, Her Props!!! From Starbucks Delaware Avenue, in Wilmington, Delaware, for Her Outstanding Service and Courtesy towards me and her customers, I am So Proud of her, Thank You So Much Miss Keala !!!
No restroom even for customers. That's very disappointing. Wide opened space with diverse types of sitting tables and chairs that I like. I had Tall Caramel Macchiato. Its coffee taste was too mild to completed other Starbucks. There was no customer except me when I was there at around 1:45 pm which was surprisingly strange compared other cities. I marked 4 stars for the atmosphere because it was quiet with nicely tuned Jazzes. I am sure this Starbucks might be better with much more customers.
