My 5 year old daughter and I had a great experience here! Debra was super kind and made an effort to engage with my daughter and make her feel special. The service was quick and delicious. We accidentally spilled my daughter’s hot chocolate, and Chris was quick to not only clean it up, but also get her a new hot chocolate. We enjoyed hanging out and having a snack, and we will come back because of Chris and Debra’s service.
Was treated absolutely terrible ,I left my drink there after they remade it wrong again and wanted to charge me a second time. I paid 10 dollars for a shaken espresso with raspberry foam and 4 extra shot and I received a cup with cold coffee,barely any foam and all ice ,I walked back in and gave the drink back to the Barista ,not to mention staff was yelling and very unprofessional and rude to me treating me classless walking away as my drink was suppose to be made. I will never return back to the Starbucks
I must say everytime I come to this location, the service and experience is horrible. I personally avoid coming to this location due to the bad customer service. Not once am I greeted when I walk into this location, the employees don't make you feel welcome, no smile, nothing. Then don't let them mess up on your order, they will catch even more of an attitude if you tell them the order is missing something or not right.
