This Particular Starbucks seems to be one of the most well managed and courteous ones we’ve ever been to. We will be coming back very often until they stop smiling. Lol.
Getting told that I can't have a full cup of protein milk, when I paid for it is ridiculous. Maybe a little more training for your employees? I travel across the states, and have been to hundreds of starbucks, I go twice a day. I asked for warm and it's cold. They wouldn't remake it for me. No offer to make it better. I asked for a tall cup and got a short cup. Very frustrated with this place! This is uncalled for. Do better.
First time I have ordered a medicine ball from Starbucks and not had the tea with both the mint and the citrus. (Green and orange tea tags.) Taste was off and I’m a firm believer that this blend helps when you have a sore throat. Very disappointed
