It's clean and staff was friendly
The reviews about it being really busy and long waits because only 1 gal is working is 100% true. Drink tasted great but it took over 30 minutes to get it!
I ask the cashier if I can get a Frappuccino with caffeine in it and he told me I didn't have to ask for it unless you want decaffeinated but after finishing the drink I knew this had no coffee in it. I can't believe how crass Starbucks is to lie in your face and tell you it has coffee in it when it doesn't. This is the second time in one week this happened to me at this Starbucks location. I am reporting them

Worst service I’ve ever experienced LADONNA was supper rude and disrespectful. I would expect at least some respect for me and my family.
