I usually never go to Starbucks inside stores. But I was shopping today 9/7 and decided I wanted to get a latte. The barista that was there. I believe his name was Jason was extremely friendly and I think made the best coffee I ever got from Starbucks! Might have to make this my go-to location from now on.

Terrible , 1 dude working , asked for a med brown sugar oat milk latte hot , which I get every time I go to any Starbucks .. he looks at me and says “what” I said a brown sugar oatmilk latte hot.. he says “can’t do that only comes iced” and he was very rude !!

The young man that took our order was rude. We tried ordering but he clearly was not listening to what we wanted. He had the cold cup out and told him they are hot coffees. He slammed the plastic cups back in the holder said they could be either or. We choose not to order because of his attitude. I made a comment to the other worker we would be contacting the manger. There is one employee that needs some retraining because he got my drink wrong twice. After the second drink was brought out wrong I don’t plan on going back. I’ve NEVER had problems at this Starbucks until he started working there. Asked for a DCCF. I was given one with coffee in it, and the next one was a white mocha.
